#1 is the amount of resources deposited into a debris field equal to the cost of everything destroyed

#2 are destroyed defences added into debris fields

#3 about how large does a debris field have to be to make a 20% percent chance of moon creation

If I get attacked, and a debris field forms with a 20% chance of creating a moon, if the moon will be created does it happen immediately, or is there a time period for it to occur?
