the guides have not disappeared at all. They are, however muddled with excess threads being formed by new players who are simply too damned lazy to read thru what is already posted. Most new players, from what I have seen, experience some quizzical issue ingame, log onto forums and open a thread to get a question answered. Then if they dont get it answered, they REPOST in a different area causing more havoc in the forums. So the guides are there and they are pretty good. NO they dont answer every question, ever scenario, every event. They do give you a place to start and it is up you YOU to read them and get creative within your own playstyle.

If you actually look, there is an actual THREAD for Players Guides. You simply have to read.
