I spoke with my officers and the majority of them are opposed to a war however it is likely that our opinion does not matter in this regard. It was only a matter of time before this was going to happen.

Unfortunately the timing could not have been much worse for me. I game sure, but I also write about collectible toys on the side. Tomorrow I am receiving a sample which I must photograph and write about and there is a deadline I have to meet. This takes a lot of time and focus and is not something I can do while worrying about my fleets.

I really do not have time to dedicate to playing this game in a time of intense conflict and when my alliance may arguably need me most. However I play this game because it is fun and does not demand a lot of my time. Sometimes I might be able to play harder and engage in fleet battles, but that time is not now.

Should you want to continue engaging my alliance keep in mind that they are a strong and competitive bunch and will cost you to attack them. Personally I wish we could have this action delayed for a few more days but such is life sometimes.

Ahhh, Corey... You are like one of those guys in a bar who start a fight because someone 'looked at them funny'. I mean, so someone took your df? Well, you should have built more recyclers and gathered it more quickly. Well played to anyone who was quick enough, I would say. The reality is you would use any excuse to start this war.

And here comes DrJ... I remember VN threatening to defence bash when a friend of mine went after one of 'their' dfs before. Some people around here not getting enough debris? Or feel the need to show off their big fleets? xD

I agree that fleet-envy may come into it, but then we need a little agro now and then. We'll try not to overdo it

Needed an excuse. Whether they accept or not means little. I don't need a bashing limit lifted to pound them to dust.

Not to burst your bubble or anything..., but, Elthur does have defense you cannot get through.

Elthurs defenses don't extend over all his bases and over the whole alliance......I'm surprised captain abandoned ship though....all that warmongering must have gotten to him
