COMMON ISSUES EXPLAINED - PLEASE READ

-Fleet score is not counted if your fleet is on the air during the points calculation update (once per hour) [Exception: Reloaded]

-Colony ship has not transferred any resources although I lost these resources! (Colony ship will use everything they carry to create the colony. The cargo space is meant for deuterium fuel and not for transferring any resources on the new planet.
-Negative Deuterium ? Click on Resources and fix percentages: Your fusion reactor consumes more deuterium than you produce.
-Recyclers to [0:0:0] -> Typo, ignore it.
-Avoid using >> or << or > or < in messages as it will truncate part of the message for security reasons.
-Uploading massive in-game avatar dimensions won't work (ie 2000x2000). Try something smaller.

I lost resources
Most probably you haven't. However, there are cases where this has happened [Exception: RELOADED]. If you are certain you lost resources, you can send an email through http://www.zorgempire.net/contact/ and we will check it for you. Remember to include your username, universe and the transport message as it appeared in your inbox.

Battle Simulator
-You cannot put more than 7 digits in the simulator. Use division by 10 or 100 or 1000 or greater when unit count is larger.
-Does not preserve the ticked boxes for plus options.
-Does not preserve resources info
-ACS calculator appears a bit broken in TIE results.

HOW-TO check if a universe is down globally or it is just you

If this does not work, then there is a problem which should be taken care of within 15 minutes unless there is a major network breakdown (rare).

If a server is Online BUT you CANNOT access it, then there is probably a local issue of yours. If problem persists, contact us through here http://www.zorgempire.net/contact with your IP in case your IP has been banned by the root servers (In the future we will create a tool where you will be able to check this case). You can always use a proxy server to login and play (you should consider messaging administration though if you do as proxies are known and the

If you experience LAG
1)Click on Start and write cmd (to open the command prompt) at the search/run field.
2)Type tracert zorgempire.net
Then type tracert zorgempire.org

Forums Login Problem
IE users may encounter problems. Solve them by going to tools-internet options-security tab-trusted sites icon-sites
then disable server verification (uncheck the box)
then add zorgempire.net and zorgempire.net


Expedition Issues

-You can lose all your fleet.
-You may get a message that you found ships but in reality get none. This happens because you sent too few ships.
-Destroyed fleets will use up a fleet slot till the projected return time.

How Bugs Thread Works

After you create a topic in bugs report, your topic will be read usually within 8hours at most and in rare occassions (such as holiday seasons) within 24hours. Your topic can get a tag or can remain without one. An administration reply will not come without a reason. This does not mean that your thread has not yet been read.

Topics with no tag - These are OPEN issues and POSSIBLE bugs. If you can find no administration responses, then most probably the issue is being worked on. Usual administration posts in such thread will either inform you of a new status or will request more information. Such issues remain undeleted till they gain one of the three tags.

Tags explained:
[No Bug] - Means that administration has verified that the case has no bug involved. These kind of topics are regularly removed after some days pass.
[Ressolved] - Used to tag reports that worth attention for dev team before deleted. Most of the time they contain workarounds for recently fixed bugs or information for the player. Very close to no bug reports.
[Fixed] - It indicates that the issue described has been fixed from the development team.

One has to click twice on the Shipyard, Buildings or Fleet buttons to get accurate information before making changes.

The first click generally gives partial info. Shipyard queues are inaccurate on the first click. Building requirements and eligibility to build are not correct on the first click. Fleet contents aren't updated for new builds on the first click.
