NO TD unless you are saying you will concede when we have done 5 billion damage... Moons well you have the same option but I will not agree to this condition. I will say MD mission will NOT count towards TD neither will defence bashing.. Only attacks with fleet (other than solar sats.) will count. I think you will find the declarer makes the conditions of War.. You can accept or concede now..

btw we do not intend to include your wing..however if they get involved then we will..

One other condition IPM attacks are also not included.. these a cheap n00b tactics and will not count to TD..

you have 10 gazillion points , you can use some IPMing
