i built fusion recator but it seem to have very little improvment on avalible power

You bought a fusion reactor. Worthless, duet eating sparklers with a cool name.

The level 1 Fusion Reactor isn't supposed to give you tons of energy, it will get better as you level it up. Remember also that the energy produced by the Fusion Reactor is dependant on your level of Energy Technology.
