then if that true then there will be endless war in this game with neither side winning since technically no one can't lose their planet and is like fighting a ghost

in other mmorpg games similair to this, you could conquer other players planet but you can't conquer their homeworld planet they start out with.

You'll have to understand that the point of wars here are so one doesn't have to deal with the Bashing Rule, that is, attacking someone's planet more than five times in twenty-four hours. Other than that they're sort of pointless. The main thing to do around here is fleet crashing.

Also, I don't know which games you've been playing, nor do I particularly care, but all of the ones that I've played have been exactly like this.

many games like EDIT where you could completely destroy their planet, EDIT where you could conquer their cities but not their main city, and EDIT where you could take over their city and impose heavy taxation, limit of their army, and the amount of resource you get...

all these game have the option of at least conquering another player planet but this game doesn't and fails at making the game point of conquering the universe
