#1I've just created a new alliance, and i don't know how to run it! Whats the difference between external and internal text? What does all those configure rights mean? How do i see new applications?

Click alliance and if you have an application you will see it.
External text is what EVERY1 can see when they click on your alliance (details about your alliance)
Internal text is what only your members can see when they click on Alliance.
Configure rights is like ranks.. and assigning certain ranks to people with certain abilitys such as writing circular messages proccessing applications or being likea co-leader of the alliance.
