Hi. Oiad here. New to the game and enjoying it. However, I'm quite OCD when it comes to the math. I saw in the forums that if you have 90/100 energy; your mines are only harvesting at 90%. I have 451/1448 and struggling to keep it up. (high lvl solar, fusion, sat's and all) Does this mean it's time for me to expand and settle another planet? That and if I lower the production % of a resource (e.g. metals) will the harvest speed for crystal and gas go up?

451 out of 1448 is plenty. The percentage value is for when you have negative energy

So, as long as it's out of the red, I'm harvesting full speed?
