to find the proper amount of solar satellites without over producing...the formula is (300,000-solar plant and fusion reactor output)/((minimum planet temp*.166)+20) so, 300,000 is total needed, if your solar plant and fusion reactor have an output of say 10,000 energy...you will need enough solar satellites to produce 290,000 energy.
1 solar satellite =( minimum planet temp*.166) + 20 so on your overview if your planet has a temp rating of -50 to -10, you would say 1 solar = (-50*.166) + 20 or -8.3+20 or 11.7...
290k (total needed by solars)/11.7(each unit) = 24,768.
if your planets temperatures are 75 to 115, it would look like this 290,000/((75*.166)+20) or 290,000/32.45= 8937
the planet slot 1 gives you the highest minimum temperature possibility and slot 15 will give the lowest.
having a nanite factory of 3 and a shipyard of 12 will allow production of 9k solars in about 6 hours (estimated). Double that time for every -1 level of the nanite and remember while you are producing, time is of the essence because if somebody crashes you while you are building the solars..you get to start over with it.
