Here are some stats in regards to the moon-shot ship i threw together. I am open to criticism on these numbers as i do not fully understand how they could be manipulated for other purposes other than creating a moon, as well as not having the engine to test it out. I thought it was worth mentioning and maybe, after some feedback and adjustments to the stats, we may see this actually come to fruition. At it's least, an interesting idea that may branch into something new.
I'd like to see some suggestions at its percentage of success and its moon-size capabilities.

In the early stages of your empires discovery of colonization technology, your scientist's studies hinted at the possibility of moon construction capabilities.
Your empire put together a team of specialists to dedicate their time to explore the possibility of moon construction and the Lunar Construct was born.
This mammoth ship is designed to carry an enormous amount of debris to a colonies orbit and scatter it in hopes that gravity bounds the ejected particles together, creating a moon.
It's cargo holds were designed for fuel only, as it takes a tremendous amount of force to launch.
Once reaching its destination, the Lunar Construct releases the debris from its holds and collapses in on itself to form what would eventually become the moons core. Doing this jump-starts the gravitational process needed for moon formation.
