Apparently what I am being told that no attacks should be posted unless there is at least a 19% chance in that attack.

I think it is outrageous that an attack any less than 19% should be disregarded due to the fact of it not being "huge". It discourages smaller players from posting and wanting to be apart of the game. Am I not correct in saying this?

It's a small hit. I can see both sides. But I"ll have to check the ruby contest rules. It might or might not have said 19%.
