Ok in light of recent happenings, it's time for a refresher.

1)When a forum thread starts spiraling out of hand, do NOT jump on the bandwagon and feed the fire, regardless of what is being said. Doing so makes you just as guilty as those who started it, so if anything you should try to get people to calm down and get back on topic.

2)When you see a forum thread getting out of hand, don't be shy! PM a forum moderator and let them know what's going on. We don't bite, and if you let us know what's going on we'll usually get to it within the next day or two at the latest, depending on the moderator's online activity. And if you ask us not to, we will not disclose your identity as the one who reported the topic to anyone, therefore you do not have to fear being targeted for "snitching" as some would call it. The moderation team tries to stay on top of things, but even we cannot do it all!

3) Regarding #2 above, there is actually a button on every post that allows you to report that post, which is another way to flag a moderator.

In summary: STAY ON TOPIC WITH YOUR POSTS! Also make sure to follow all forum rules, moderators ARE watching whether you see us or not.
