I would think that going faster than light and hitting a small object would be quite an impact so yes i think their designed to be hit by giant Ice burgs moving about 1000 mph.....

But seriously, you guys made a game suggestion in the LOTPW section. Why?

Well, wouldn't you need an infinite amount of energy just to go AT the speed of light? I thought it was an asymptotic speed limit.

We are to small of a civilisation to even know what happens during light speed.

There's also that whole "negative mass" thing to worry about.

hmmmmm.......maybe some type of magnetic force field.....not real sure how this all works but im pretty confident space travel at FTL speed is possible. just need a few bits and pieces.
