Increased the cap to 5000 units per type.
This means if you order 4000 Light cargo, 6700 Light fighter and 12324 Heavy Fighter you will get a queue of:
4000 LC
5000 LF
5000 HF

I set a build order to the old 1000-1000-1000 right before I read this post...
