Thanks Ephemeral. Yes, a good ninja. A day of woe yesterday for various reasons, lol. But a good ninja. I will have my payback.

The cross referencing of topics is a shame. Makes life a little confusing for players that may not be too familiar with the forums. There is a topic for the war. There is a topic for the combat reports. Now there is a separate topic for this CR.

Three headings for one topic.

Could all those involved please remember this?

It is all Union of Honour. It is all visible to to anyone. The main war thread and heading would be a better place to post instead of opening new topics for each CR.

It has always been standard practice to post CR's in both a war thread and in their own topic if a combat event is thought to be big or significant enough. For proof of this, check out the wars in Mass and X in the past year, and you will see that this is commonly done. Feel free to reinstate your CR here as well as opening a topic in the normal CR's section, Raynor. It's perfectly allowed, standard practice, and I sincerely doubt it is actually all that confusing to much of anyone.

The whole point is to keep this concise and to the point. Posting a Cr in one place, the same Cr in another location is pointless. Raynor suggested that he wants a discussion on this, that is his prerogative and the reason he posted this ninja in the first place. This is the point of the war topic and the war CR's which this relates to.

It is ALL under the same overall heading in UofH.

Posting two or more Cr's for the same combat is quite frankly a little silly. We want all forums users to read this, not confuse the two. If players wish to comment then they would have to duplicate everything they do. As stated, we want players to read it. Some may post under one heading, others might post under the other. A point raised might be missed.

There is no reason to multi post . As I stated above, it is all UofH.

Posting everywhere you see fit makes a mockery of the War Topic and associated Cr's.

In the case of a war thread there is an actual reason to post in both locations. The war thread is for counting hits toward the war, whereas a post in the CR section in its own right is meant for taking the hit on its own merit, and for directing comments related to the hit to a single location. This is standard practice, and and in my opinion not at all silly. Even if you think it is silly, it is perfectly allowed. But I hope if you go back and look at the recent war threads on X and Mass you will realize why it is done. What really makes a mockery of a war topic or CR is people posting unrelated jibberish and abuse, if you ask me.

Again, you should feel free to reinstate your CR here, Raynor.

However, this is a CR thread, so it is probably true that this discussion at least is not in the proper place.
