I employed some of jordy's strategies last night, no chance for a ninja and with the right targets the profits are continuous.
Thumbs up for me.
But it would be nice if the scoreboard kept track of the amount of damage your doing.

moon given ,blown, nukes launched..nukes blocked df collected etc etc all there for everyone to see

It only says that you launched IPMs, doesnt mean you hit anything with them.
There should be a td for IPMs.
And before last night I only launched exactly 71 IPMs.
Someone needed extra special attention.

If they raid all the res dry, then they just grow slower. That doesn't mean the game dies it just means their points go up slower.

If they started fighting it out to maintain their growth then great. The excitement would certainly perk things up and give up and comers a chance to make up some ground. If a few get knocked out, then that reduces the raiding capacity and solves your problem.

Lastly, if you are argueing that the server has reached its end then i assume you are no longer enjoying it. Quit and play somewhere else. Extreme is alive and well from my perspective.
