I have to say i waited too long for this, maybe more than 2 months so i guess the patience paid off. I managed to hit him only once which was more than 2 months ago and gained profit more than 50M resourses of it.

After that i kept sharp eye on him and every time when i saw his fleet down he was online and tons of resourses at him. Launched at him 2-3 times before with no success but yesterday was my lucky day i guess... Just logged in saw his fleet down and no activity at his planets probed him did some sims and launched.

Waited 10 mins to see if there will be some activity after my launch but there wasnt, so after that 4 follow ups were launched and recs...
