All AZG have to do is look at the "Manage Members" list and boot people inactive over 5/6 days. That immediately will change how they are viewed. Like RAWK, we have a strict policy on activity. 5 days inactive and bye bye. For the record, this has only happened once. Im not aware of any ~V~ player actively being farmed, we dont allow it. If our players are attacked, we normally come out on top accidental or otherwise.

And yes, we do have very strict policies on recruitment. Most of us have been allies in previous games and came to this game as a team. Some of our stronger players decided not to continue in this game so we recruited a few more players. We generally look for recruits, players who show skill and dedication and most of all, player whom we can trust. Yes, some people dont make it so they either leave or we remove them if need be. Bar one trial member, I dont believe ~V~ have been on the wrong side of a CR.

I see AZG are trying to train players which I applaud but this is their downfall too. They have bitten off more than they can chew. It would be difficult teaching a class of 79ppl, nevermind an online community. As far as Im concerned, AZG are noobs and as long as they keep up the mentality of world domination by force of numbers the will be seen the same by everyone.

My Current members get kicked at 3 days inactivity, unless vacation mode.

I think 6 days is too long and will bring in bad habits later on.

I agree with the inactivity part, I'm not quite sure whats up with that. They were intent upon removing everyone below 10k points to T_F but they won't remove their inactives. Doesn't make much sense, but thats why I'm not joining AZG o.O T_F seems to have more organization than they do. (Wow...I'm bashing on my own alliance! )

But I'm going to disagree with the training part. If there is an Alliance that openly recruits new members and properly (Note I said properly]/i]) trains them, then the game as a whole improves. More players are getting more knowledge much faster. It keeps the same old people from controlling the top spots (Well, lowers the odds, at least). I understand you have requirements for your Alliance, which is perfectly fine. I've played other games (And led other Alliances in other games) that had strict requirements and it really does make for a good time if you get the right people.

I'm just saying that everyone is looking at the Alliances as on the same playing field, which just isn't true. ~V~ restricts members, so obviously it is easier to manage those handful of members than 60 of them (No offense). New players flock to AZG thinking of security and protection because they have the top spot (Because they have a member flood) and as long as new players join them, they will gain MORE members and MORE points and will continue to hold the top spot until one Alliance flies up in rank.

You've just gotta look at it from different angles to get the full picture :)

6 days we think is acceptable, we are adamant that we will never see a RAWKer with a dusty (i) next to their name. People can't always control RL events and may not be able to make it online for 3 days. One player was also recently removed for failing to gain almost any points in nearly a month, he logged purely to keep his account active. We also have a 25 player limit and only accept people we think are able to play well and must be able to handle having a target painted on their chest. Unfortunatley most applicants have trouble stringing a few sentences together.

If new players really want to learn, i would suggest they find one of the weaker alliances who can actually help. young alliances seem to help more often then the stronger ones because they are closer in points (as in they don't say its not worth the time to teach them), and smaller alliances seem more tightly knit. Just saying, idk who agrees with me, but w/e :D

Unfortunately, new alliances with new players may communicate more, but learning comes hard since it's all trial and error. RAWK looks for those willing to learn and has mentors to assist those with growth and learning. We have no "leader" and its a group effort of individuals building their own empires. A mix of experienced and newer players is the key to a healthy alliance.

I don't know, he seems to be growing fairly well on his own.

The innuendos in this conversation are fairly disturbing. Just to clear things a little, Noodle is a member of our alliance.
