So Radcliff was idle for 3 hours or so, maybe more, most people noticed, i got it first, well I had to casually shift through 4 galaxies looking for his planet.

the loss was tolerable, slightly above what the sims reported average loss was, mostly just BS and LF, so don't cost me too much deuterium.
