Slash and everyone else, get a grip, deal with it. Nothing is gained by quiting or attempting to show how noble you are by resigning your mod status. Just cuz admins wont get rid of a feature. In fact the only one out of any of that deserves any respect is Istalris. Because he is still helping people by being a knowledgable mod. And another thing all of the "****" doesnt hide anything. Vacation Mode is defined to be a passive and immune state of play, you are supposed to be immune to any enemy, but not able to hit anybody yourself.

Zorg Empire's definition of Vacation Mode: You are in a passive state of play, you cannot hit anyone or gain resources, but, if you are a turtle gamer, everyone else can hit you.

Basically, to keep my empire up, i cannot ever go into Vacation Mode. Okay. *** it. Take my empire.

Correct me if i'm wrong but the developers shouldn't be allowed to favor certain styles of play? You are playing a one-sided game here. It *****, and it will never work.

well that is the cheap thing isnt it? you would do it outside the game to hurt me inside the game. i am sure you would also get banned for abuse and would most likely drag RAWK down. i have not done anything illegal. its true i have made mistakes in the forum and have gotten warned you might even be able to ban me for that. it was mostly unintentional but ingame matters should be resolved ingame.


that threat is no different then if you threatened to come to my house and kill me so you can farm my planets and maybe in a few month attack my fleet

yeah but you and slash are faulting me for using a game feature when instead you should make a thread in suggestions to change the feature. Its not that hard to make a suggestion and many suggestions have been implemented.

Its sad to say but people like sbt always get what they want. If your ok with living like that then you can have anything. And i gotsta agree, if you want it changed do something about it. Dont sit here and threaten people

While there are many upstanding and honest players in this and all games, spineless and underhanded players abound in space and on land. I personally wouldnt do this to anybody and think it should be fixed but let me ask these questions..

1. Why do you phalanx others that do not have a moon? They are defenseless.
2. Why do you wait for others to go offline to attack their fleet? Their defenses are defenseless and maybe some fleet as well.
3. Why do the largest alliances contract with smaller alliances to make hits on smaller players. They cannot actually see where the attack is originated.
4. Why do alliances OBVIOUSLY have dummy accounts set just to raid from them theirselves? Thats as bad as having 2 accounts and duplicating their output.
5. Why do we hit inactives?

I am not suggesting at all that (V) mode should not be fixed. There has to be in every game a way for temporary sanctuary to give RL an opportunity to be managed. I am however suggesting to watch what is called cheating or underhanded as those tides flow both ways. Play within the rules. I would absolutely hate if somebody did that to me. I would post it in here if it happened probably. And i would hope that the top 30 players made a pancake out of the person that did it. You guys have the power to deter ppl from making those style of play choices until Admin realizes that this game is FOR the players, and if the masses speak against that play style, they should change it simply for the life of the game. Until then, for what its worth, if you are on vacation mode and get IPM'd, send me a PM and I will do what I can to exact some revenge upon that person. There are some VERY underhanded things that can be done to demoralize ppl and I dont mind doing them at all:)

Quit the drama. The person who is in Vacation Mode isn't in the game either, is he?

And banning a few of you would make me feel great even at the cost of being banned myself. I'd love for you to experience losing your accounts because of something you can't control. I would love to have you feel what its like to lose by someone with more power who abused the system to win. Just like you're doing. Live with it. You can't play a one on one game. It's the reason you joined V.

Honestly i dont know myself, so i took it upon myself to PM an admin.

i think this thread is getting a lil out of hand and maybe a good time to get locked. Like i said earlier, the only way to clarify this whole situation is for an admin to step in and explain if its a feature or a bug.

i think everyone should just calm down a bit and lets wait for a admin to clarify this whole situation and set things straight, really dont want anyone to get banned over this.

Exactly Spankie, the game is FOR the players. Right now the admins are indirectly telling me i cannot play their game.

I couldn't give a damn about people saying this is a tactic, it is not, it's a downright BUG. I don't care if the admins say it's a feature. It is not, it's a BUG.

Slash, i agree with what you're saying. Oh SBT look, this ban button is a feature, i could use it in an underhanded way to ban you and all of your cronies in V. Not to mention every other player above me. It works, it gets me ahead, so why not?

As for the reports and flaming in this topic, i really couldn't give a ****.
