Integrated diplomacy settings to govern interactions with other players fleets on a per planet basis, and the interaction sets to go with it.

For example, setting a moon's diplomacy setting to 'alliance open', would then allow your alliance member's fleet to enter your moon's orbit and transit through your jump gate if/when it isn't on cool down.

There are multiple other examples to be had of potential interactions it would open up, as well.
Though admittedly, time is short 'till Christmas this year.. so maybe a thought for next year?
