Anyway this guy that is an "S" player to me keeps attacking me and scouting me out and attacking me again?
What is going on?
Why does he get to keep attacking me?

The S stands for strong he is over 5x your strength. The reasoning behind the attacking could be anything. Also moved to help.

You need to make sure you dont leave profit on your defence. If you have problems i dont like to see new players bashed, let me know who it is and i will visit there planets

Yeah, it is messed up that a player with over 3 million points is able to attack somebody that has barely of 50 thousands, why is there no form of protection for us weeker players.

There is, but it depends on what server you are on. Standard and Speed both have protection up to 10,000 points. Extreme has protection up to 100,000 points.
