Found a fleet and a lot of res sitting on a moon. Waited a few mins then probed again and the fleet was still there but had more EC's and more res. Launched attack, probed again and even more EC's. Must have been a resource dump to the moon. Had my fingers crossed in case he was online but he wasn't home.
