Ahh. A war between RAWK and TUF would a good fight. Seeing that The Borg has not given a fight in our war, I might just want to go after some alliances that WILL fight back.

Also to add to the fact why we do not waste time over war is if a fleet is destroyed and the resources are taken away from a target we do not hit targets just for bashing. and to do that in most cases a war is never needed.

5 hits on a target ensures that u get 96.875% of the resources. from a target. i think any one would agree that it is rather everything u can or could raid of a target.

I disagree.

Wars are what makes Alliances work together. Gives them common targets to attack and strengthens bonds within the alliance. The better the alliance works together, the better the alliance.

plus soemtimes its just fun to have a good old slug fest with another alliance...a war is kinda like boxing who can take the most hits before they give up or get knockedout
