Would it be possible to combine all the fleet pages onto one and a submit button on the bottom? It would save a lot of loading issues. Separate teh active missions, and use a scrolldown for your planets rather than having them all individually listed, keep the shortcuts menu. I'll make a pic and post it tomorrow about a new layout and invite any and all others to do the same that like the idea.

I would like there to be an option to not use this were it implemented. I don't wanna have to scroll down since i do not use a mouse. Players that use phones as well would hate it if I am understanding right...

Nice idea, but I also like Kick's suggestion for a user option. I play on my phone as well, and multiple screens simplifies the process. Easier to load smaller pages than larger ones.
