Another tip for our new friends:

To ACS defend your own Moon or planet you do not need to have ACS depot, I advise thou you build at least a lvl2 on your Moons, as is the minimum required for ACS attack, and will be used from a friend to ACS defend your Planet or Moon in case someone attacks or try a MD.
