Other people are clearly too lazy to make a forum account and claim the prize. If it's any ID ending in 9 there are easily over a thousand winners just based on the active players of the three universes.

Any universe will do, although 1 per player. If you exmaple you fall on the reward on 2 universes, you will only earn in one.
