War not valid. Again, I recieved no ingame PM about this from Gozar. Despite whining about the rules, he seems to be unable to follow them. Assuming Gozar sticks to the rules on no members of AZG outside the top 100 being hit without provocation, I'll let this stand. But not until 24 hours after I get a pm

-For two warring parties the bashing rule is removed, however, both parties must wait for 24 hours after the original declaration (forum time) before they can commence bashing. After the 24 hours has elapsed, attacks between the two participants are unlimited.

I'm sure it is only ethical for the declaring alliance to inform the members and/or leaders of the opposing alliance about the war declaration. But I don't think that is mandatory as long as it has been declared on the forums.

I believe it is in there that the leader of the declaring alliance must PM the leader of the defending alliance.

I am now sure it is not mandatory because that would give way to a lot of loop holes.
