That is located on AZG page. He has founder status right now. Not sure what it was when the war was declared, but he is now.

He PMed me, since I asked him why he was harassing Kilox. To be exact, in direct response to the message I sent he replied with an overly drawn out insult, and then 'War will be declared on AZG within the hour.'
No formal declaration was made to the best of my knowledge. Been too long since I read the war rules - can't believe I missed that.
As kick has just pointed out as I go to post this message, Defiant has just swapped leadership to me an hour or so ago, as he is essentially inactive on the Extreme server. Is this war somehow now valid by the leadership change?

I don't know how the declaration was made so just an outsider lookin in..but Defiant was suppose to have received a PM before war declaration was made in forums,than all this other stuff was suppose to happen.Regardless if it was legit before transfer or not you can now step up and surrender..

Not sure about that but even if it was not, there is nothing that would stop a new declaration against AZGUARD anyways with you as leader Rogue. As for harassing Kilox, some players have made a very large profit out of him. I see no harassment in making a profit off of a player dumb enough to turn a giant free fleet into an extremely long battleship queue.

@Kick, The harassment was a series of PMs demanding he send Gozar's 'unnamed friend' 5.5 billion mats. The actual raiding came later.
@Death, as Kick said, there's nothing to stop IB from simply declaring again. As you said yourself with the Eterna-ZEFA deal, we all know that IB is not out for legitamate conflict - just in keeping the rest down and looking big. Hence this war. If I thought it would solve anything, I would surrender, much as it goes against my personal tastes. But it won't.

All the high ranking AZG are running off to V-mode or quiting, leaving the lower level players to fend for them-selves.

If gumps, your old alliance leader, gave a player his fleet, and therefore the resources you guys are bashing over, wouldn't you see that as a player to player deal from gumppy to another and honor it, and not get all pissy over resources that are not tied in anyway to you? Though I will admit kilox is not doing a very good job of handling them at all... But I suppose with that massive battleship que he can't vmode xD

i have to admit he managed the sudden growth of resources poorly although he must have been boggled in what to do with such a quick drop of a drastic amount. although as expected the vultures didn't wast no time on it
