Hmm well saw he was building up a nice fleet earlier this morning, but was online so no use trying. Checked back a while ago and saw activity had dropped off all his worlds, fleet still on the moon. Could have been playing from the moon but I thought it was worth a shot anyway, super cheap fuel cost since he was so close. Turns out he wasn't online after all.
