My suggestion is to lower the price of the Alliance Depot by 90%. To 40k/50k.

At the moment early game ACS competition is out of the question, and I think it is something that is very beneficial to be able to do in early play.

I will play the devils advocate and say that a high cost will ensure that only the best organized alliances will be able to do so. And the ones that choose to focus on it will be like taking a strategical choice.

Lowering this will reduce the importancy of the strategic decision.

Well eventually all alliances will be able to do this having it cost less now would just let the real competition start earlier.
