trade rate can be either. but really if you really trying to find some one that is willing to give you metal at a 4:2:1 ratio would be hard. use a ruby and save your self time and deut. or just build BS...

with that being said... this isn't the place for this discussion its about changing or not changing RIP's the only people saying don't change a thing are the ones with hundreds of em :lol:

exactly. so if you can just use the merchant at 4:2:1 why would you want to trade off a tune of metal at the same rate and waste time and deut when you can due it in a couple clicks. a fleet can be self sustainable but with that you can find your self screwed if you miss a few times.

I would like to thank you for listening to the players.. I have accepted the need to change and accordingly have voted for the fairer option as stated in my 1st reply.. seeing as this will effect me more than most as my current Rip count is over 1000 more than your estimate of 2500. I still feel that a vote of this nature is a little one sided seeing the ratio to fleeters vs miners,turtles..But as the most of us live in a democracy ..I stand by the majority vote.

What we want to do here, is to get the most suitable value. X-TREME is the more sensitive right now because many players have planned ahead taking in mind the 1 consumption so we do not want to ruin their game.

This is why whatever the final decision is here, it will be cut down for X-TREME needs.
Standard RIP counts are not great right now so we will input it without any cut there.
No question about Speed, it will start with 1500 and only if there are sufficient reasons we will change it.

Keep in mind that there are 2 MAIN reasons we seek a change here:
1)Limit the sense of free rides
2)Decide a fair fuel consumption for the forthcoming lunar guardian
