So you have never heard of the ACS defend option? RIPs are the slowest moving ship in the game my friend and leave a large gap in time for the defender to either ninja, or call over a larger player for an ACS. Making it so that defenders can just destroy and md fleets at will does throw the game out of whack. It is possible. Think about it. Ista has 2k sitting around somewhere and Kilox has almost 900 hidden away, BR has a bunch and so do Grata as well. It is possible, just difficult.
