Maybe another way to do it is to suspend Resource production wile on Vacation mode. That would keep people from entering unless required.

I find it sort of ironic that the TC has been in vacation mode since shortly after posting this topic.

Well you have to put all mines production to 0% before you can enter, so if you do it's only basic income.

You can set them back to 100% after going into vacation mode and receive your full income.
