I've been thinking long and hard about my ability to help the members of Zorg, specifically newer ones. Sure, if you've ever seen me in chat I'm always asking people if they have any questions about the game. However, not everyone is proactive enough to go onto chat; even fewer decide to join the forums. How do I go about helping them? So I started browsing through old forums posts when I discovered a particular post by Istalris: the recruitment thread of RUNES. After much planning, I did the unthinkable; I quit my old and beloved home of RAWK and left her in good hands to create the alliance I am now lobbying:

Acedian, with the tag ACE

Dedicated to taking on the newer members of the game and giving them the knowledge and help that they need to become the best. This will not be like other training alliances where the leader is still learning how to play themself, or bloated with too many members and not enough activity. We do not guarantee protection, as no alliance can; only you can provide for your own safety. We will not be accepting NAPs as that limits targets crucial to the growth of newer members. Following in RAWK's tradition, we also will not participate in any wars as this also hampers growth.

Like any other alliance though, there are a few requirements. You must remain active; should you go 4 days inactive without going into vacation mode you will be kicked. We understand the fact that you may have situations that require you to be away from
the game, so inform us about it and use vacation mode. Most of all, you must be WILLING to learn. We are experienced players full of information to share, but we cannot do that if you are not willing to take it in and use it. That being said, we are an alliance aimed mainly at the newer members of the game, but we wont turn away players who are mid-experienced who wish to learn more, or contribute themselves to our cause. We ask newer applicants to state which style of play they would like to learn, what they want their strength to be: either fleeting, mining, or turtling, though we realize that given the nature of the game there is always overlap. Blank applications will be denied on the spot; if you cannot be bothered following simple instructions then you will not be able to learn from us.

Then make a fleet and become your alliances fleeter

If you are just wanting one for be a teacher, you can teach it. You do not need the fleet to know the skills.

Is this an alliance of everyone I have personal NAPs with now? Also, you have the chat mod, a forum mod and the head mod, I think you should change the name to Mod-Squad at this rate...
