The player protection cap is 10,000 points if I understand correctly.
SirDuction did 30M damage to a player that you say should have player protection.
How is this even remotely possible in your world? That 30M damage should be worth 30K points or so, putting caspertheghost well above the player protection cap before the hit.

There may be someone in this thread that's mathematically challenged, but I am certain that it's not me.

The player protection cap is 5X higher or lower than your points. Or did that change?

First of all guys, calm the heck down. I don't want to have to close this topic but i will if this keeps up the way it is. If you want to be at each others throat and debate cheating do it via PM. And Slash, i'm sorry to disagree with you, i hate what SD has done as much as you, especially seeing as jo3y got it in the neck by ~V~ on the same night. But, he didn't cheat. Caspertheghost was at 15k points almost all day yesterday, i was watching the alliance roster for a while seeing who was online and all so im very certain of this, after the hit caspers points dropped from 15 to 8.8k.
Just because i have said this SD and his supporters, i want no "i told you so" posts. If you keep up like this i will close the topic.

First, I have 48,000 points, you have 180,000 points ... you need to get them thar techs up, SirD. My guns (you know, all like, 5 of them) shoot harder than yours.

Secondly, I know it wasn't a real long trip, but ... what's the gas bill like on that hit? The destroyers alone had to be a couple grand.

Dang, dude, you could've cargo-raided inactives for that, and it wouldn't have taken all those missiles to get it. I almost feel like I'm complicit in milking or something. Except for milking to be in effect I think you need to profit.

Sometimes people make hits out of pure malice or from influence by a third party. Of course he could just be bad at maths...
