I had already hit this player in the past..For some unknown reason he still dose not use his moon on all occasions..? so when I lanxed his planet I found two attack missions 13 seconds apart of just RIPS..
Working out that he was not at this point on line and there was 3hrs plus to landing.. I set about sending the required deut and fleet. I probed his planet to gain defence info.. Half decent defence including 4000 plasmas.. A small fleet was also on the planet including his recyclers.. Now that was my worry ..not the hit but that he may come online and steal some of the DF..
What to do..???? send a very expensive (91 systems) none RIP fleet to wipe out the fleet before main attacks arrive. All went to plan .... except 20 mins before 1st attack hit he probes me.. now I had not yet sent the two lanx attack fleets and was worried he would just FS and VM before the required windows. My luck was in I got both attacks off.. the 1st just 2 secs behind. Sadly due to lag.. I was 9 secs behind the 2nd..Now the fun part.. I sent him a message saying that I had 1/2 expected him to VM to stop the lanx hits.. That I was pleased he was not taking the cowards way out.. I also expected him to be able to FS the 2nd fleet in time.. I some how think he miss understood my message as he had already sent all available recyclers from his other planet to the crash site..arriving before my fleet.. But instead of FS he just VMed.. Going into VM will not stop attacks.. So I hope a lesson is learnt from this.. ( also use your dam moon ) . Enough from me here is the CR's for your enjoyment..
