That paragragh that's still needed to describe the ship.... I have an idea.

With further reasearch of the Graviton Technology, a weakness of the Death Star's graviton cannon was found. The Lunar Guardian is specifically designed to out-manuever the Death Star's massive weaponry and exploit it's weakness. Unfortunately, the ship must be used in mass numbers due to it's weak weapon system.

I don't know if it's any good, but at least it's a start. If nothing else, we could use that untill something better comes up.

heres mine i posted for beta a while ago -

As the years went on and Death Stars became more accessible, a new ship was needed to counter the threat. Designed to protect vulnerable moons from destruction, these small ship's advanced shielding systems are able to reverse the particle flow of Graviton based weaponry. The energy frequencies required however, make them more susceptible to typical plasma and ballistic weapons.
thanks for the awesome sig surrias <3

I like the idea of Lunar Guardian and also this description :D

I was reading this post again about this ship.

And I think there is a problem with using these things.
if they cost 3k deut to fly that will be an issue.

say someone send 1000rips at you.
u would need meny meny of these ships.
And u need to protect these ships with fleetsaving.
And with 3k deut cost per ship its expensive as hell. (dunno how much that is in a system FS but im guessing alot)

I think it ends up that building 2k rips to protect u from the 1k rips that attack is still cheaper in the long run. since 2k rips FS in system is wut 100deut? :wall:

construction cost of ships aint the only thing to compare this ship to the rip.

Since ACS attack will be implemented soon in X-TREME, the time to unbury these nice ideas has came.
I am speaking about Elite Cargo (everything fine about it as far as I am well updated)
Zorg Physics (same here)
and
Lunar Guardian (Not fine here!)

We need a better deuterium consumption for Lunar Guardian (reducement) and a worse for RIP (Increase).

These decisions are not to be part of controversy. We only seek the right balance. We are interested in proposed ideas exactly on consumption. Shoot away with your reasoning. We will take a final decision in few time.

Just a note guys. Its not really important but the only REAL (fictionally real as a graviton particle doesn't exist) way to counter the weapon of a Death Star isn't by deflecting it. The only way to stop it is by firing a blast of antimatter (antigravitons to be precise) at the graviton blast. Thus the two blasts will annihilate each other, causing a great explosion in space, but not on the planet. Its just if you want to be more realistic and I'd like that better.
