all bonuses are of base values not current totals, example is -
you go into battle against somone with level 10 laser technology
your armour technology is 15, so your bonus is listed as 150% in battle
the level 10 laser technology of the opponent reduces that bonus to 140% for the duration of that battle
same works with ion tech, but with shields

these seem pretty balanced to me, what do you think?
I agree with everything, except that the destroyers would have to fit in with the plasma tech, too. It says it in the description that it uses them to fight with. Unless you feel like making a new description for it, too. Like, "It uses state of the art weapons and the best targeting system to date" or something.
