Three Menu Planning Methods

* The Night Before: This is the method that takes the least forethought. It provides the most control over waste and the opportunity to use up leftovers. Plan at least the dinner you intend to serve the next day and have a good idea for lunch.

* A Week, Fortnight or Month at a Time: I prefer to plan a fortnight at a time. Others prefer to plan for a week or month. Whichever timespan you choose the process is the same. This method allows you to take good advantage of weekly supermarket sales. It requires you to shop once a week.

* Rotating Menus: When you are seriously pressed for time and your family is very picky, this is the best method to use. You plan out 10 to 20 complete menus and then rotate them, serving a different one every day. It limits variety, but there are no surprises. Since you are so familiar with each meal you are able to prepare it more quickly, or make and freeze several batches at once and spend the least amount of time in the kitchen.

shame we don't deliver tho... there's gonna be a long wait. in case ya didn't notice, i've been in v-mode for a coon's age... and not likely to change anytime soon due to RL. I actually can't claim I've never been crashed, but that ONE and ONLY time by SOC was completely due to a vacation mode bug... so who knows what will happen. Honestly, I've only been attacked 6 or 7 times in the entire game.. Slash hit me 4 times without doublechecking the defenses...Sorry Slash I didn't mean to eat those LC's so quickly. Khan hit me twice.. once to get some deut I forgot, and a second time when he thought I was speakin ill of him. Up till Khan tried to pull me out of the shadows I was virtually unknown... now it's quite well known that my fleet accounts for half my points. The last attack was months ago.. and the fleet was refunded (mostly) by the Zorg admin.

I am not quitting tho so you will have the opportunity again, though atm I couldn't tell ya when.... sorry no rainchecks.
