If you mean shield domes, then the answer is "it depends."

70% of your defenses that are destroyed in a battle will be repaired as soon as the battle is over. WHAT 70% depends, however. Your shield(s) could be included in the total that repairs, or perhaps not, in which case you'll have to re-purchase it or them.
