Hey,this is my best work i know, it is not good.
Can anyone suggest me, how could i improve this?

hy money. yeah ... you must reduce the size of the corresponding picture.
first you must open the photo with "microsoft office pictures", go to edit pictures, crop your picture so that width = pixels height. then go to resize, Custom width x height and put 150 in eaich box.then save it and it's ready to go.

well this is my new one since my other choice didn't work out too well

This is my second one. Both my submissions were based off pictures I found. Extensive editing then followed. For example, the second one started with this image:

Yes, though resolution doesn't really matter as long as it's 150×150.
