When do i get the Expedition option in the fleet page??

When you research level 1 expedition technology. Check the technologies section to see what prerequisite technologies you must research first.

i have lvl. 2 but still it is not there

Look at your Galaxy screen. In slot 16 of the System map is the words "Outer Space". That's where you deploy your expedition fleets.

so i have to deploy it to slot 16 then expedition option will come??,
is their any specific ships or any kind of ships i have to send it to there???

Any ship can be sent on an expedition. When you go to send the fleet, type in the coordinates x:xxx:16. Replace the x's with a galaxy and a system. On the next page where you would normally see Attack/Transport etc, you should see and option to send your fleet on an expedition, now select the time you would like to leave them exploring through the drop down menu "Hold Time", the numbers represent hours. If you do not see the expedition fleet mission option, either you don't have Expedition Technology or it will be a bug.

Its the space lottery. You may capture ships. A black hole may capture your ships. Space gerbils may eat the plumbing out of your Porta-Potty.
