should be around 20.

=ROUND(SQRT(199+200),0)=20

oh! well you are right. but still my point stands. It's a decreasing curve. to produce 666 you would need two quiet large numbers.
√(a+a+1)=666
=>√(2a+1)=666
=>2a+1=443556
=>2a = 443556-1
=>a=443556/2
=>a=221777.5
so the last two digits needs to be 221777 and 221778.
