#3I believe he means is there an in-game way to trade, or is it basically the trust system (as in trusting the other guy to hold up his end of the bargain.

#4Yes, it's all about trust.
But, if someone were to stiff a trade, they'd be hunted like a dog and never be traded with again.

#5If someone doesn't live up to their end of a trade, I think they also get banned under the milking rules.
