Annotated Moon links

The annotations are now complete. Thanks to Witchywoman for providing the raw list.

I have now added *** at end of those threads that seem most helpful. Which threads are ***'d may change as I evaluate more threads.

Notes: Some questions still don't have complete answers, or any answer, or contradictory answer. These are briefly noted in the annotations. Here are the main unresolved questions, as far as I can tell:

A. How can friendly moon shots be within the rules if one of the players doesn't need/want a moon?
B. If a fleet is traveling to a moon, but the moon is destroyed before it gets there, what happens to the fleet?
C. If trying to destroy a moon with DS, do multiple DS's increase the chance? Does graviton tech level increase the chance?

Not sure what you mean. I could certainly delete all the threads that 'add no value', as noted in their annotations. But since Witchywoman's thread showed all 56 links, I thought I should annotate all 56 links. If a moderator tells me to do otherwise, I'll be happy to do so.
