for sure nice 1 defiant..after i noticed i was in VM after crash i went trhu and did some looking...seen temp out..flipped page to mal..went to shad..from there i just had to go around the horn but seen someone had got to chris already..so now..gonna make me feel bad for takin the last of that 34 mil df aren't ya...

Dacian, I do like you as a person/player BUT come on. you have quit/vmode/hit/quit/quit/vmode ever since plainstrider declared war. My money is you will be back. There are those that like you here bro. We may not agree with evrything you do, but we do like you. So Stop the tantrums, rebuild and come on, lets have some fun. This game is starting to get interesting

i am not the reason that's for sure..i didn't FS from a planet that had a moon right above...but i do not believe the beta B he received was warranted either..spent 18 hours prior to it popping up on him watching the man and didn't see anything from the visible end of things...either way the fleet was toast:/

edit..but my guess since he just destroyed all his planets he is serious this time:/

I think so too.. in light of this i would like to petition for the following :

"-Amendment 10/03/09: In the event that a declaring alliance shows no active participation in a war they have declared, the defending alliance may petition the moderating team to have the war closed.

The moderating team will make every effort to determine whether the declaring alliance remains active and wishes to continue the war. If no response is received from any of the declaring alliance membership and there is evidence that no activity has occurred against the defending alliance in 72 hours the topic will be closed and the alliance with the highest posted TD declared the winner."
