No, this NAP was not approved by me, that is why it got erased when I saw it. And perhaps you should change your alliance motto, to something along the lines of "Fleetsave". I think it would sound and make your alliance much better.

I'm not talking about any agreements Sparta has with other alliances they are none of my business or concern.

No I mean a better definition of Ally, For example Lv1 could be a NAP + Trade agreement, Lv4 could be Mutual defence Pact. This way you would know what to expect from each ally.
