How many RIPs we need to send to destroy a moon ?

1 rip to be able to destroy the moon with the rest of your fleet

1 RIP, depending on the size of the moon, would be somewhere between a 5-10% chance of destruction, and the RIP backfire would be somewhere in the range of 30-50%

would the chance of destruction be higher if you send more than 1 deathstar or is it just same?

it changes, the more you send, the better the odds of destruction

You cannot choose "Destroy" in the Mission Select phase if you do not have an RIP in your fleet.

yes but if you have a fleet and you click on opponenents moon, there is a "destroy" option available. I chose it and sent out a fleet that did not have any RIPs in it. the fleet went. I recalled it, still not shure what would have happened if I hadnt. Probably nothing.

You still wouldnt be able to use that option. After you clicked on it it would open the fleet page, the coordinates page, and then the action page. If you didnt put any RIPs in the fleet page you wouldnt be able to choose destroy on the action page.

I know the % Destruction equation is (100 - √Diameter of Moon) × √Number of RIPs. Does anyone know the % Backfire equation?
